What data we collect

Through the website form we collect the data you provide yourself: full name, phone number, e-mail address, town, the content of your message and any photos you attach. Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot answer your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer your enquiry, arrange a measurement and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract) and in our legitimate interest of contacting a person who wrote to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives the data

The data goes to the hosting and form provider of this website and to our e-mail provider, which we use to handle enquiries. We do not sell data and do not pass it to other companies for marketing purposes.

How long we keep the data

Enquiry data is kept until the conversation about the quote ends and, if an order follows, for the period required by tax and warranty regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise these rights write to rbmmeble@gmail.com.

The website does not store cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not embed scripts, fonts or maps from third-party servers. The only data we process is what you enter in the form yourself.
